All orders are shipped from our stock in the Netherlands with Track & Trace. In 98% of the cases, an order placed before 16:00 will be delivered the next working day.

• NL delivery time 1 to 2 working days.
• BE delivery time 2 to 3 working days
• THE delivery time 2 to 4 working days

• Shipping costs in the Netherlands are €3.95
• Shipping costs in Belgium are €4.50
• Shipping costs to Germany are €4.50

Packaging

The method of packaging and shipping is stated under the heading 'Sustainability'. During busier periods such as Valentine's Day, Summer Sale, Black Friday or Christmas Sale, the actual packaging may differ from the described packaging. The orders will then be shipped in a pink shipping bag instead of a cardboard box. This is to temporarily increase the efficiency and speed of packing orders.
